Psyllium husks are the seed husks of Plantago indica (Plantago psyllium).
They are extremely high in fibre and can be used in a variety of ways.
Psyllium husks have a high swelling capacity and are therefore a popular aid in various fields.
Alternatively, we also have Natura Med organic psyllium husks, 250 g and Natura Med organic psyllium husks, 500 g in our range.

Recommended intake
