Zinc is a trace element and extremely important for our body.
This zinc complex combines three different sources of zinc – zinc bisglycinate, zinc gluconate and zinc citrate – and provides 15 mg of zinc.
Alternatively, a version containing 25 mg of zinc is also available, combining three different sources of zinc: zinc bisglycinate, zinc gluconate and zinc citrate.
Zinc is a building block of more than 50 enzymes in our body and also plays an important role in numerous metabolic processes.
It also strengthens our immune system, supports protein synthesis and can boost sperm production in men.
