Collagen is found in large quantities in bones, tendons, ligaments, joints and the skin.

Through hydrolysis, the Premium Peptolab-Light collagen hydrolysate is already broken down into small lipids and can be better absorbed by the body.

Peptolab-Light contains type I and III collagen, including 18 amino acids, the majority of which consist of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline.
